These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Leesify Ventures' business management software ("Software") by clients ("You" or "Client"). By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Software.
Software Functionality:
The Software is designed to help businesses organize and manage their operations, including but not limited to client data, transactions, and records.
The Software does not collect payments on behalf of clients. It only organizes and records payment information provided by the client.
M-Pesa Automation:
The Software provides M-Pesa automation features, including the registration of validation and callback URLs.
Leesify Ventures is not responsible for processing M-Pesa transactions. The Client is solely responsible for integrating their M-Pesa payment system and ensuring compliance with Safaricom's terms and conditions.
Accurate Information:
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Software.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Compliance with Laws:
You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable Kenyan laws, including but not limited to the Data Protection Act, 2019, and the Kenya Information and Communications Act.
Payment Integration:
You are solely responsible for integrating and managing your payment systems, including M-Pesa.
Leesify Ventures is not liable for any issues arising from payment processing, including failed transactions, delays, or disputes.

Payment Terms:
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information for all transactions made via the Software.
All payments shall be in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified.
Refunds and Cancellations:
All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
No Payment Collection:
Leesify Ventures does not collect payments on behalf of clients. The Software only organizes and records payment information provided by the client.
Leesify Ventures is not liable for any financial losses, disputes, or issues arising from payment processing.
M-Pesa Automation:
Leesify Ventures is not responsible for the success or failure of M-Pesa transactions. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that their M-Pesa integration complies with Safaricom's requirements.
General Liability:
Leesify Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.
Client Data:
Leesify Ventures will process and store client data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2019.
You retain ownership of all data uploaded to the Software.
Data Security:
Leesify Ventures implements reasonable security measures to protect client data. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and Leesify Ventures cannot guarantee absolute data security.
Software Ownership:
The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Leesify Ventures.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with these Terms.
Client Content:
You retain ownership of all content uploaded to the Software. By using the Software, you grant Leesify Ventures a license to use, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing the service.
By Client:
You may terminate your use of the Software at any time by providing written notice to Leesify Ventures.
By Leesify Ventures:
Leesify Ventures may terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
Effect of Termination:
Upon termination, your access to the Software will be revoked, and you must cease all use of the Software.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
Leesify Ventures reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
